John Kierans, 38, of Old Glamis Road, was placed on a community payback order after admitting that on September 27 last year, at Strathmartine Road, he possessed a razor blade and on September 4, at Dundee University’s Botanic Gardens, he stole gardening secateurs.
He also admitted that on May 28, at Police HQ, he assaulted PC Dean Morrison by attempting to butt him, while on bail. He was placed under supervision for two years with a drug treatment requirement.
