Dundee driver had no insurance

Timothy McKay, 39, of South Road, was placed on a restriction of liberty order.

McKay admitted that on March 24 last year, at South Road, he drove while disqualified and without insurance.

Sheriff Alastair Brown told him he must stay in his home between the hours of 6pm-6am for 23 weeks and disqualified him from driving for three years.
