Audrey Roy, 49, of Kenmore Terrace, had her sentence deferred to March 28.
Roy admitted that on May 27 last year, at Tesco, Murraygate, she stole groceries.
She also admitted that on October 11 last year, at Kenmore Terrace, she behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, shouted, swore, banged a wheelie bin against a wall, smashed a mug on the ground and pushed a male person on the head with a torch.
