Evelyn McPhee, 32, of Morgan Street, had sentence deferred on charges of shoplifting and threatening behaviour.
McPhee admitted that she behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, behaved aggressively, shouted and swore and threatened Claire Birse, then in the course of her employment, with violence at Mothercare in Gallagher Retail Park on November 9.
She further admitted stealing a baby dress and two pairs of jeans from the same shop on the same date.
Solicitor Doug McConnell told the court McPhee was currently on a community payback order.
Sentence was deferred until March 27.
