A man who assaulted two men and committed a breach of the peace at the accident and emergency department of Ninewells Hospital had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Jason Liddell, 41, of Whitfield Avenue, admitted that on October 17 last year, at A&E, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, acted in an aggressive manner, refused to remain in his allocated bay when requested to do so, shouted, swore and uttered threats, assaulted Alexander Buick by attempting to punch him on the body and attempting to butt him on the head, and assaulted Danny Martin by attempting to bite him on the body.
Sentence was deferred until March 16 for reports and for Liddell to appear personally.
