A man will face trial in April on a charge of obstructing two police officers in the execution of their duty.
Iulian Constantinescu, 49, of Blackness Road, denies that in the same street, he obstructed or hindered and resisted arrest by PCs Aaron Brake and Andrew Barrie and took hold of both constables, moved them away from the door, closed the door on them and obstructed their exit from the tenement property.
His trial was fixed for May 3 with an intermediate diet on April 23.
