Darren Airlie, 29, of Arklay Street, had sentence deferred after admitting driving offences.
Airlie admitted that on August 11, while driving a car in Kilspindie Road, he collided with another vehicle.
He also admitted failing failed to report the accident to police within 24 hours and that, on the same date and at the same location, he drove without a licence and without insurance. Airlie’s plea of not guilty to another charge of failing to stop and give his name and address was accepted by the Crown.
Co-accused Jenny Whyte, 31, also of Arklay Street, is accused of on the same date and at the same place, causing or permitting Airlie to drive without insurance or a licence.
Their cases will call again on March 8.
