Kelbie further admitted that he stole a quantity of mobile telephones from McGill & Co, Harrison Road, on October 28 last year.
He also admitted that he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm and repeatedly kicked a door, causing it to be forced open, damaging the door and placing the occupant in a state of fear and alarm at Bonnethill Court on December 18 last year, while on bail.
Kelbie admitted that he spat on Jennifer Cockburn, a nurse, and struck her on the body at Ninewells Hospital on the same date, while on bail.
