His two co-accused, John Scullion, 20, of Torwood Place and a 16-year-old boy, from Broughty Ferry, were both found guilty after trial of, on the same date, at The Laurels, behaving in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, attended at the premises uninvited, shouted, uttering threats to damage property, acting in an aggressive manner and challenging Neil Smith to a fight.
