A Dundee woman has been accused of injuring another woman with her car in a hit-and-run incident in the city’s Stobswell area.
Catheryn Mill, 44, of Albany Terrace, denies two charges, that on August 31 at Albert Street, an accident having occurred whereby damage was caused to a car and injury to Louise McDade, she failed to stop and give her name and address and the vehicle’s details.
Mill also denies that on the same date and place, an accident having occurred, Louise McDade having been injured and Mill not having stopped and given her name and address, she failed to report the accident to police within 24 hours of it happening.
Trial was fixed for April 5, with an intermediate diet on March 13.
