A Dundee man who stole alcohol and food — while he was out on bail — has been remanded in custody.
Bartosz Bajorek, of Baldovan Terrace, admitted that on January 13, at Lidl in South Road, he stole alcohol and food items.
He further admitted that, on November 30, he breached a bail order by being outwith his home address. The bail conditions required him to be in his home address from 7pm-7am.
Sheriff Lorna Drummond deferred sentence until February 12 for backgrounds reports and a restriction of liberty assessment to be carried out.
The 28-year-old was refused bail by the sheriff.
