Driver, 25, stole fuel from Dundee filling station

A Fife man who stole fuel from a Dundee filling station had sentence deferred until later this month.

Gareth Niven, 25, of Motray Crescent, Guardbridge, admitted that on January 2, at Forfar Road Service Station, he stole fuel, while on bail.

He further admitted that on the same date, in Forfar Road, he drove without insurance, while on bail. Sentence was deferred until January 22.
