The trial of a woman accused of fraudulently claiming almost £32,000 in benefits and tax credits has been postponed.
Amanda Wilson, 34, of Mossgiel Place, denies that between August 25 2014 and May 1 2016, at Mossgiel Place and elsewhere, she failed to inform Dundee City Council that she was living with Andrew Wilson, who was in paid employment, and obtained £5,983.70 in housing benefits she was not entitled to.
She also denies that between April 24 2014 and April 27 2016 she was concerned in fraudulent activity in that she was living with Andrew Wilson who was in paid employment while claiming and obtaining £25,968.35 in child tax credits and working tax credits to which she was not entitled.
Trial will now take place on April 16, with an intermediate diet on March 22.
