A couple are to stand trial accused of having sex underneath the Tay Road Bridge on bonfire night.
Frank Watt and Cheryl Johnstone are alleged to have “engaged in sexual intercourse and other sexual acts within public view” at the Tay Road Bridge in Dundee on November 5 last year.
Watt is also alleged to have been in possession of cannabis at Dundee Police HQ the same day.
Watt, 31, of Tulloch Court, Dundee, and Johnstone, 32, of Hilltown Court, Dundee, both deny a charge of public indecency. Watt further denies the drugs charge.
Sheriff Alastair Carmichael set a trial date in March and ordered the pair to appear at a pre-trial hearing in February.
