Jamie Stewart, 21, was jailed at Dundee Sheriff Court.
He admitted being found in domestic premises at Kirkstead Drive on December 4 in circumstances in which it may be reasonably inferred that he intended to commit theft, while on bail.
Stewart was also found near a property in Tweed Crescent where it was also inferred that he intended to commit theft.
Additionally, he admitted breaching his bail conditions by being outwith a property at Charleston Drive between 7pm-7am. Stewart, of Gilburn Place, Bo’ness, was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.
