A man who admitted fraudulently claiming more than £5,400 in benefits had sentence deferred.
William Milne, 64, of Kemnay Gardens, admitted that between October 1 2012 and June 7 2015, at Kemnay Gardens, he falsely claimed £5,410 in benefits to which he was not entitled, having stated that he and his wife had no income from pensions, when both had income from either personal or occupational pensions.
Sentence was deferred until April 4 for good behaviour and a supplementary report.
