Jessica MacDonald, 38, of Balunie Avenue, denies, on December 27 at Balunie Avenue, repeatedly shouting, swearing, arguing and banging doors or making a noise similar to banging doors, or allowing visitors to act in a similar manner.
The alleged offence was committed while being subject to an antisocial behaviour order prohibiting her from behaving in a manner likely to cause alarm or distress to residents or visitors to the tenement.
MacDonald’s trial will take place on April 5 with an intermediate diet on March 15.
