A man who shouted and swore at two pensioners and threatened them with violence had his sentence deferred.
Brian Don, 48, of Dundee Road, Broughty Ferry, had previously admitted that on November 23 2016, at a common car park in Dundee Road, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm towards Isobel Cochrane and Richard Smith, both in their seventies.
Sentence was deferred until January 29.
