A Dundee man who failed to comply with a community payback order has been locked up for a total of 137 days.
Andrew King, of Mauchline Avenue, admitted failing to attend appointments with social workers and his order was revoked at Dundee Sheriff Court.
The order was imposed after King admitted assaulting his ex-partner Jordyn Clarke at Victoria Street on May 15 2016.
The 24-year-old punched Ms Clarke on the face to her injury.
King also admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm at Dens Road on May 19 this year.
He admitted adopting an aggressive attitude, shouting and kicking a door, while he was on bail.
King further admitted resisting arrest by hindering or obstructing PCs Richard Scott and Andrew Findlay at the same place on the same date, struggling with them and attempting to break free from them, while on bail.
