A Dundee man has been sent to prison after threatening his ex.
William Murray, 45, of Finmore Street, was jailed for four months by Sheriff Alastair Brown.
Murray admitted that on October 3, at Moncur Crescent, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, attended there unwanted, demanded entry and demanded money, shouted, swore and uttered threats of violence towards his ex-partner Sylvia Fox, while on bail.
Solicitor Mike Short said Murray was “very much ashamed” of his behaviour and said he wanted the sheriff to deal with the case immediately rather than adjourn for reports.
