Nicola Rennie, 27, of Provost Road, had sentence deferred until January 18 for reports.
Rennie admitted breaching a community payback order imposed for breaching the peace at Maryfield Post Office, Albert Street, on May 6 2015, while acting with another, and threatening violence, and damaging the screen of a mobile telephone.
She also admitted assaulting and robbing Carrie McNally on September 10 2016, at Ogilvie Street, while acting with another, by punching her on the head to her injury and robbing her of a purse and contents, a mobile telephone and £30 in cash and a quantity of heroin, while on bail.
Solicitor Anika Jethwa told Dundee Sheriff Court Rennie was working with the drug problem centre and a mentor from the Mentoring for Women programme.
