James McDonald, 22, of Findowrie Place, was placed on a four-month restriction of liberty order confining him to his home address from 7pm to 7am daily, and was disqualified from driving for a year.
McDonald admitted that on September 2, in Murroes Road, Tealing, he drove while disqualified, while on bail. He further admitted that, on the same date and at the same location, he drove without insurance, while on bail.
