Dundee woman, 28, jailed for 100 days after McDonald’s theft

Maria Blair, 28, of Blackness Road, was jailed for 100 days by Sheriff Lorna Drummond.

Blair admitted breaching a community payback order previously imposed for theft from McDonald’s in Reform Street on January 31.

She admitted stealing a bag containing a laptop, books, a purse with bank cards, ID cards and cash.

Sentence had been deferred for good behaviour, however the court heard she had failed to comply with the order.
