Errol Johnston, 50, of Abernethy Road, Broughty Ferry, appeared in private before Sheriff Alison McKay on a petition alleging lewd and libidinous behaviour towards a child aged over 12 but under 16, while the child was asleep at a house in Dundee between 2002 and 2004.
He is also accused of, between 2002 and 2004, at a house in Dundee, lewd and libidinous practices towards another child aged over 12 but under 16, while the child was asleep; between 2006 and 2007, indecently assaulting a woman; and, between 2005 and 2006, indecently assaulting another woman, while she was asleep.
Johnston made no plea and was granted bail.
The case was continued for further examination.
