Dundee woman kicked taxi and racially abused its driver

Kathryn Brady, 28, of Lansdowne Square, was placed on a restriction of liberty order for six months by Sheriff Simon Collins.
Brady admitted breaching a community payback order by failing to comply with social workers.
The order had been imposed for several offences, including kicking a car and racially abusing a taxi driver.
She had previously admitted that on March 26, at North Lindsay Street, she repeatedly kicked the inside of a taxi, and her behaviour was racially aggravated.
She further admitted that on the same date in North Lindsay Street, she acted in a racially aggravated manner towards Sabar Ali, repeatedly shouted and swore at him, uttered abusive racial remarks to him; and at the same place on the same date, assaulted an unknown woman by kicking her on the body and punching her on the head.
Sheriff Collins warned Brady it was her last chance to stay out of prison, telling her: “If you behave in this way and don’t or can’t comply with these orders, then the courts are left with no alternative but to impose a custodial sentence.”
