Two people accused of breaching the peace and forcing a door will face trial at the Justice of the Peace Court in Dundee later this month.
Steven Cox, 30, of Crescent Lane, and Leah Gardiner, 27, of Balunie Avenue, deny that they maliciously forced open a locked door by applying body pressure and caused damage to the door at a flat in Kemnay Gardens on September 20 2016.
They also deny that they behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, repeatedly kicked the door, shouted and uttered threats of violence towards Shona Davis and Calli Robertson, c/o Police Scotland, at the same location on the same date.
Trial will take place on November 30 with an intermediate diet on November 21.
