Man drove car into Dundee home and wall – then refused to give police a breath sample
ByAlan Wilson
A man who refused to provide two samples of breath to police was disqualified from driving while the case was deferred for reports.
Jason O’Neill, 23, of Whitfield Gardens, admitted driving in Swallowtail Court and Dunbar Park on October 28 with excess alcohol and at excessive speed for the road conditions and, having lost control of his car, struck a wall, railings and a house, causing damage to them.
He further admitted driving without insurance and without a licence in Dunbar Park and at Police HQ in Bell Street, failing to provide two specimens of breath to police officers.
Sentence was deferred until November 23 and he was granted bail by Sheriff Lorna Drummond.
