Dundee man, 25, grabbed woman round the neck and demanded money from his sister

Sean Collins, 25, of Murrayfield Walk, was jailed for nine months.

Collins admitted that on August 6 last year, at Albert Street, he assaulted Holly Fisher by grabbing her round the neck.

He further admitted that on May 16 this year, in Cramond Place, he possessed cocaine and assaulted Shane Bertie, pushed him on the body and held him against a wall, and shouted and swore and demanded money from his sister Amy Collins and her partner, Mr Bertie, while on bail.
