Dundee man jailed for assaulting his partner and another man

Dean Martin, 34, of Soapwork Lane House, Soapwork Lane, was jailed for nine months.
Martin admitted that on August 30 at Tesco, Murraygate, he assaulted James Johnston by punching him on the neck.
He further admitted that on December 7 last year, in Balunie Avenue, he threw a cigarette lighter at his partner, Jessica MacDonald, and struck her on the head to her injury, and on the same date and at the same location he repeatedly shouted, swore and acted in an aggressive manner towards Ms MacDonald.
