A man who faces a High Court hearing after repeatedly assaulting a woman has now accused his victim of stalking him.
Ryan Devaney, 28, was cleared earlier this year of attempting to murder a baby at various addresses around Dundee.

Prosecutors had accused Devaney of repeatedly attacking the child on various occasions in 2015 — but jurors returned a not proven verdict at the High Court in Edinburgh.
However, Devaney admitted five charges of assaulting the baby’s mother and a man, neither of whom can be named for legal reasons, on various occasions in 2015 and 2016.
He will return to the High Court in Edinburgh at the end of this month to be sentenced.
But the Tele can now reveal that Devaney has reported the female victim to police amid allegations of stalking.
It is understood the complaint relates to social media posts and phone calls regarding his court case.
The Tele also understands that Devaney, who is from Dundee, moved to Swindon following his trial.
The posts were said to have been targeted towards a hotel where he was staying and people who he was working with.
They were also said to have included details of the case against him.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed that officers were investigating the allegations. She said: “We are aware of the matter and looking into it.”
Following Devaney’s trial, Judge Lord Woolman placed him on bail ahead of his sentencing in order to obtain criminal justice social work reports.
During his trial on the attempted murder allegation, jurors heard the child’s mother reveal that she had secretly recorded Devaney using her mobile phone, while he looked after her youngster.
The jury also heard medical evidence which said the child had suffered fractured bones.
But after spending a day deliberating their verdict, jurors returned a not proven verdict on the charge.
Devaney, formerly of Provost Road, wept in the dock as he learned of their decision.
Members of his family who sat in the public benches screamed “yes” as they heard the verdict being announced.
In response, the mother of the child was heard to shout “he still done it” from the public benches.
Devaney returns to court on October 31.
