Dundee man, 59, had not paid road tax

A man is due to be sentenced for driving without road tax.

Colin Smith, 59, of Strathmartine, admitted committing the offence at Meadowside on June 27.

Sentence was deferred until November 2.

Elsewhere Liam Gotch, 33, of Dura Street, was fined £150 and given five penalty points for speeding on a Fife road.

Gotch admitted driving at 62mph in a 40mph zone on the A92 at Freuchie on July 20.
