Man found in land within Dundee properties admits intending to steal
ByAlan Wilson
Roderick Bambury, 50, of Lansdowne Court, had sentence deferred for reports.
Bambury admitted that on September 23, he was found in the curtilage of properties in Daniel Street, off Brook Street, West End, in circumstances whereby it may be inferred he intended to commit theft there.
The offence was committed while he was on bail. He further admitted possessing cannabis at police HQ in West Bell Street.
Sentence was deferred until November 10 for reports.
