A man who drove while more than six times the legal limit had sentence deferred for reports.
Ireneusz Zielinski, 65, of Main Street, Dundee, admitted that he drove in Dura Street, Dens Road, Alexander Street and North William Street on Monday with 128 mics of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
Fiscal Depute Marie Irvine moved for seizure of Zielinski’s car. Sheriff John Rafferty granted the motion and ordered him not to drive any car, deferring sentence for reports until November 15.
