Chelsea Jones, 24, and Steven Anderson, 28, both of Adamson Court, are to stand trial accused of stealing electricity.
Both deny that between November 24 2016 and April 26 this year, at Adamson Court, they did intentionally prevent a meter used for measuring the quantity of electricity supplied to the premises by an electricity supplier from registering the quantity of electricity supplied and did insert wire between two terminals to bypass the recording mechanism.
They deny intentionally damaging an electricity meter provided by SSE Scottish Hydro in that they inserted a piece of wire therein. They are additionally charged with being in possession of heroin on April 26.
Trial was set for February 1, with an intermediate diet on January 11.
