Daniel Filinski, 29, of Hilltown Court, is to stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court accused of posting an intimate photograph of a woman online and sending abusive messages to her on social media.
Filinski denies that on August 23 he threatened to disclose a photograph which showed or appeared to show the woman — who cannot be named for legal reasons — in an intimate situation on a social media website to her friends, family and acquaintances, and that he disclosed them on a social media website, which was intended to cause her fear, alarm and distress.
He further denies sending social media messages to her which contained abusive remarks and threatened to go to her home, damage her property and force entry to her home, and repeatedly banged on the door. Trial was set for November 2.
