A pensioner has been fined for failing to provide her personal details after being involved in a road smash.
Margaret Munro, of Forest Park Place, committed the offence on July 15 at the car park of the Co-operative supermarket in Brook Street.
The 68-year-old admitted at Dundee Justice of the Peace Court that she was involved in a collision with a parked car that caused the vehicle to be damaged.
She failed to stop and give her name and address, and take the name and address of the owner, and identification marks of the vehicle, to give to any person having reasonable grounds for requiring them.
Munro was fined £200, as well as being admonished on a separate charge of failing to report the accident at a police station or to a police officer within a 24-hour period.
