Daniel Blair, 24, of Glenconnor Drive, Dundee, had sentence deferred at the city’s sheriff court.
Blair previously admitted breaching his curfew, theft, assault and vandalism charges.
He admitted that on July 3, at Tesco, Strathmartine Road, he stole a bottle of wine, assaulted Kevin Skinner, c/o Police Scotland, by pushing past him and causing his clothing to tear, and breaching his curfew by being outwith his home address between the hours of 7pm and 7am, all while on bail.
Blair further admitted, on the same date at 21 Canning Place, wilfully or recklessly destroying a front door, by causing a glass panel to break, while on bail.=
Sheriff Alistair Brown deferred sentence on Blair until December 5 for him to attend his GP and to gather a social work report.
