A 39-year-old man has been banned from the road after drink-driving.
Sydney Ramsay, of Mid Road, Dundee, admitted that on August 27, at Fintry Drive, he drove with 62 mics of alcohol in 100ml of breath, while on bail.
Sheriff Ian Anderson disqualified him for 18 months and placed him on a community payback order, telling him he must complete 60 hours of unpaid work.
He also allowed him to apply for the Vernon Mansfield drink-drive rehabilitation course which, if he completes it successfully, could reduce his driving ban by a quarter.
