Woman entered home of 79-year-old man and vomited on his floors
ByAlan Wilson
A woman who caused fear and alarm to a 79-year-old man by entering his home twice later breached a restriction of liberty order banning her from attending his property.
Colleen Scott, 48, of Ancrum Court, admitted the breach, which happened on July 11 or 12 at Ann Street.
She had previously been placed on the order after admitting three offences against the same pensioner, Andrew McLennan, by on December 31 2015, at his home, behaving in a threatening or abusive manner and entering his home, refusing to leave, vomiting on his floors and searching through his cupboards and drawers.
She further admitted that on February 26 last year, at the same address, she behaved in the same manner, entered his home and refused to leave.
She also admitted that between February 27 and April 6, both last year, at the Windsor Bar, she stole money and cigarettes from Mr McLennan.
Sheriff Ian Anderson deferred sentence for reports and a restriction of liberty order until October 18 and granted her bail.
