A convicted sex offender who gave false details to police about his address had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Gibson Dunbar, 50, of Fintry Road, admitted that on October 13 2015, at police HQ in Bell Street, while on the sex offenders register, he told police he was residing at Findcastle Place when in fact he was staying at Fintry Road.
Sheriff Alastair Carmichael deferred sentence until December 6.
Meanwhile, in a separate case, Carla Sinclair, 31, of Ballantrae Road, had sentence deferred until December 6.
Sinclair admitted a breach of a bail condition not to enter a house at Ponderlaw Street in Arbroath or to contact Andrew Ashcroft by, on April 27 2016, being within the premises with Mr Ashcroft.
She also admitted a failure to appear at court on January 31.
