Dundee woman, 31, breached bail condition by entering house

Carla Sinclair, 31, of Ballantrae Road, had sentence deferred until December 6.
Sinclair admitted at the sheriff court to a breach of a bail condition not to enter a house at Ponderlaw Street in Arbroath or to contact Andrew Ashcroft by, on April 27, 2016, being within the premises with Mr Ashcroft.
She also admitted a failure to appear at court on January 31.
