A homeless man who offended while he was out of prison on licence has been ordered to complete the unexpired portion of his jail sentence.
Anthony Elder, 28, of no fixed abode, was also jailed for a further term by Sheriff George Way at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Elder admitted that on September 11, at the Lily Walker Centre, Ann Street, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, was aggressive, shouted and swore, uttered threats of violence and threw a carrier bag containing a quantity of razors, cosmetics, confectionery and a bottle at the front door of the premises, damaging a glass panel in the door.
Sheriff Way ordered him to return to prison for six months and sentenced him to a further six months for the latest offence.
