Dundee man on bail when he threatened to burn down flat

Frank Needham, 35, of the Salvation Army, Ward Road, had sentence deferred until September 22.
Needham admitted that on November 7 2015, at Dudhope Street, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, repeatedly shouted and swore at police officers and paramedics and threatened them with violence.
He also admitted that on March 15 2016, at Buttars Loan, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, shouted and swore and threatened to kick in the front door of a flat there and threatened to burn down the property, while on bail.
He further admitted breaching bail on November 16 2016, by entering the premises. Sheriff George Way granted him bail.
