Dundee driver almost crashed into the same police car twice before leaving his car to roll down street without handbrake on

A man has been banned from driving after a catalogue of offences.
Brian Miller, 21, of Aboyne Avenue, admitted that on May 15, in various streets in the Stobswell and Dens Road area, he drove dangerously and almost collided with a police car after emerging from a junction while it was unsafe to do so.
He then nearly collided with the same police car after failing to control his car, entered the opposing carriageway to overtake stationary vehicles, drove into oncoming traffic, before leaving the vehicle without putting the handbrake on — causing it to roll down the street and hit another car.
Miller, who also admitted driving without insurance, a licence or MOT, was banned for 14 months and sentenced to 140 hours of unpaid work.
