Paul Forbes, 33, of Peddie Street, Dundee, appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on April 7 at St Peter Street, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, attended there uninvited, shouted, swore, repeatedly kicked the front door there or struck it with an unknown implement, uttered derogatory remarks and threats of violence.
He also admitted damaging property at the same location on the same date. Sentence was deferred until October 4 for reports.
