Joseph Heary, 57, of Arklay Street, had sentence deferred for reports.
Heary admitted that he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, entered the property occupied by his ex-partner Irene Heary uninvited, repeatedly shouted and swore and brandished a rock or similar instrument at Emmock Place on September 4.
Sentence was deferred until October 4 and Heary was granted bail.
