Jamie Duncan, 28, of Palais Court, admitted that he was found in possession of the drug at Dunbar Park on June 3. Depute fiscal Isma Mukhtar told the court that Duncan was seen acting suspiciously at around 3.15pm that day and parents called the police. She said when police traced him they suspected he was under the influence. He was searched due to his demeanour and the drugs were found. The value of the heroin was estimated at £40.
