Woman, 21, denies headbutting another woman in Dundee New Look store
ByAlan Wilson
Two women are to stand trial accused of committing offences in Dundee’s Overgate shopping centre.
Ashley Stevens, 21, of Ballindean Place, and Sharon Robson, 46, of Balunie Avenue, deny that on November 19 2016, at New Look, they behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, shouted, swore and threatened violence to Lyndie Boyd.
Stevens also denied that, on the same date and at the same place, she assaulted Ms Boyd by butting her on the head, to her injury.
Trial will take place on November 9, with an intermediate diet on October 24.
