Dundee heroin dealer behind bars after drug offences
ByAlan Wilson
A drug dealer who admitted being concerned in supplying heroin was remanded in custody at Dundee Sheriff Court.
John Tracey, 30, a prisoner at Perth, admitted that on May 11 at Brownhill Place, he was concerned in the supply of heroin and, on May 12 at the same address, he was concerned in the supply of cannabis resin, both while on bail.
Pleas of not guilty to several other drugs charges, plus a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice by attempting to run from officers at Police HQ, were accepted by the Crown.
Sentence was deferred until September 27.
