Two women are to stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court accused of stalking a man.
Carolann Curran, 52, and Katie McKenzie, 31, both of Kerrystone Court, Dundee, are accused of harassing Christopher Sinclair at addresses in the city’s Balgillo Road, Dores Drive and at Sainsbury’s.
It is alleged that McKenzie stalked him from January 27 until July 31 this year by repeatedly following him in her car, repeatedly attending outside his address and deliberately parking her car close to his.
Curran is alleged to have also attended outside his home repeatedly and parked her car close to his, as well as posting about him on Facebook.
Sheriff Derek Reekie set a trial date of December 6 and ordered the pair to appear at a pre-trial hearing on November 14.
